Jim Casson is the founder of Venditor, LLC, the parent brokerage LNDWELL Mortgage operates under. He has been a licensed mortgage loan originator since 2010 and built Venditor into a multi-state brokerage licensed across the Midwest, Mountain West, South, and Southeast.
Before founding Venditor, Jim managed lending teams — including a branch manager role at Full Spectrum Lending — and that operations background is why the brokerage runs on lender depth and clean process rather than on one bank's product menu.
Jim is also a licensed real estate broker in Kansas and Missouri, which gives him a rare view of both sides of a transaction: what makes an offer competitive, and what makes a loan close on time.
