LNDWELL Mortgage is a division of Venditor, LLC, Company NMLS #1589515. This policy covers this website. It does not cover third-party application portals or lender systems, which publish their own privacy notices.

What you type into a form on this site: your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your inquiry — for example a loan purpose, an approximate purchase price or loan amount, a timeline, or a message. We also record standard technical information such as the date and time of a submission and the network address the submission came from, which we use to prevent spam and abuse. If you accept optional analytics, Google Analytics also collects the information described under "Cookies and analytics" below.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, bank account or card numbers, credit reports, tax returns, pay stubs or other mortgage documents through this website. Never send those to us by email. When your file reaches that stage, we will send you a secure application link.

To respond to the inquiry you submitted, to prepare rate and payment scenarios you asked for, to schedule a call you requested, and to keep an internal record of the request. If you submit a form, you may receive a confirmation of that submission.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third-party lead buyers or lead aggregators, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Service providers who operate this website on our behalf — our hosting, database and email-delivery vendors — and only to the extent needed to run it. If you accept optional analytics, Google receives the information described under "Cookies and analytics". If you move forward with a loan, we share information with lenders and settlement partners with your knowledge as part of that transaction. We may disclose information where required by law or by a regulator.

Submitting a form means you agree we may contact you by phone, email and text message about that inquiry. Message and data rates may apply, and consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts, or contact us using the details below to be removed entirely.

Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a database that is not readable by the public website. Access is limited to authorized LNDWELL personnel. We keep inquiry records only as long as needed for the inquiry and for recordkeeping obligations that apply to us.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will respond as required by applicable law. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights.

This site uses what is necessary to load pages and keep forms working. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on it. Our website hosting platform separately keeps basic visit statistics for this site; the analytics choice below does not change that. We also use Google Fonts to display the site's typefaces. Your browser contacts Google to load these fonts, sharing connection and browser information; this happens independently of the optional analytics choice.

Google Analytics (optional, only with your consent). If you select "Accept analytics", we load Google Analytics, a service provided by Google. It sets cookies on your device and collects device and browser information, session information, cookie identifiers and your network address as processed by Google, along with generalized activity on this site: the general page or page group you viewed, and whether you tapped a phone link, followed the secure application link, or successfully sent an inquiry or scheduling request. We set it up so that it is not sent your name, email address, phone number, anything you type into a form, loan or financial amounts, the extra parts of page web addresses, or the site that referred you. Google Signals, advertising features and user-provided data are turned off.

If you select "Reject analytics", or make no choice, Google Analytics is not loaded and sets no cookies. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as a rejection, even if you accepted analytics earlier; selecting "Accept analytics" while the signal is on applies only to that browser tab until it is closed. We store only your choice and its version on your device so we can remember it. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with "Analytics settings" at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing stops future Google Analytics collection, including in other open tabs of this site, removes this site's Google Analytics cookies from your browser and, if needed, reloads the page. It does not delete information Google already received. An activity recorded while analytics was accepted may already be queued and sent as the page reloads after withdrawal; withdrawal stops newly recorded activity, not information already collected.
