LNDWELL Mortgage is a division of Venditor, LLC, Company NMLS #1589515. This policy covers this website. It does not cover third-party application portals or lender systems, which publish their own privacy notices.
Information we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your inquiry — for example a loan purpose, an approximate purchase price or loan amount, a timeline, or a message. We also record standard technical information such as the date and time of a submission and the network address the submission came from, which we use to prevent spam and abuse.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, bank account or card numbers, credit reports, tax returns, pay stubs or other mortgage documents through this website. Never send those to us by email. When your file reaches that stage, we will send you a secure application link.
How we use it
To respond to the inquiry you submitted, to prepare rate and payment scenarios you asked for, to schedule a call you requested, and to keep an internal record of the request. If you submit a form, you may receive a confirmation of that submission.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third-party lead buyers or lead aggregators, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Service providers who operate this website on our behalf — our hosting, database and email-delivery vendors — and only to the extent needed to run it. If you move forward with a loan, we share information with lenders and settlement partners with your knowledge as part of that transaction. We may disclose information where required by law or by a regulator.
Contact preferences
Submitting a form means you agree we may contact you by phone, email and text message about that inquiry. Message and data rates may apply, and consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts, or contact us using the details below to be removed entirely.
Security and retention
Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a database that is not readable by the public website. Access is limited to authorized LNDWELL personnel. We keep inquiry records only as long as needed for the inquiry and for recordkeeping obligations that apply to us.
